Chemical Field Solution is the new application for the chemical industry, which rationalises production and effectively organizes technical documents required by the Research & Analysis Department.

CHEMICAL FIELD SOLUTION means:

• Integrated technical data management;


• Automatic document organization, straightforward and faster consultation and/or printing of documents;


• Optimized production and reduction in error frequency;


• Quality control for production batches.

CHEMICAL FIELD SOLUTION is:

• "Technical Data" functions: gathers and organizes technical, chemical and physical data from sample testing/analyses and technical data sheets. It allows to couple product components with Dangerous Substances (EU Directives);


• "Production" functions: allows all instruments to create and compile product recipes and product job orders. Control product and raw material supplies;


• "Document" functions: offers an integrated application for compiling and storing all technical documents (e.g. sample testing result data, chemical product data, and chemical properties data). All documents can be coupled with product identifiers, client/supplier databases, orders and lot numbers;


• "Printing" function: allows to control which documents have/have not been sent to the clients. Thanks to this function it is also possible to add/modify any kind of document, that is, both documents created by the application or imported from external sources.
