M@ch is a modular and integrated application solution suited for commercial, administrative and production planning and scheduling, expressly designed for manufacturing companies.
Integrated upstream to CAD applications and to a predefined master production plan (MPS), M@ch supports production and work orders scheduling, proposing a Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II), where production orders are split into work orders, from the item’s routings definition. Shop floor control is achieved via direct connection to plant machinery.
Downstream, production order fulfillment and costs control are also available.
Furthermore, a set of modules for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Business intelligence, Plant machinery maintenance (PMM) are also available in the M@ch suite.
Easily installed worldwide, the software is multilingual, multicurrecy and multicompany. Using M@ch it is possible to know at any moment the status of a single production order/item, internally manufactured or at third party processing, the WIP (work in progress) cost, time to date for production in any step, and all other information related to machines and operators.

Supports the resource planning, using MRPII techniques as finite of infinite capacity, allowing simulation and adjustment of planned workload.

Supports continuous monitoring of production status, allowing direct link to plant machinery for real time data acquisition.

Supports the purchase processing, interconnected to MRP proposals, allowing complete supplier orders handling from issue to invoice control.
- THIRD PARTY WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT
Supports all external activities with subcontractors. Linked to MRP and shop floor control, allows planning and monitoring of these resources.
- QUALITY CONTROL
Supports tracking of inbound and outbound flow of materials, in relation to their quality.
- POST SALE SERVICE
Supports the management of all activities connected to Package installation and maintenance (inside or outside warranty period), after the initial sale. This module is strictly related to quality control at the customer company.
- CUSTOMERS OFFERS MANAGEMENT
Supports the complete life cycle of customers offers, from issue to their completion. Also a catalogue of offers is maintained. The module is strictly connected to Microsoft Word software, allowing high integration of texts and the company’s product definition templates.
- CUSTOMER ORDERS MANAGEMENT
supports customers orders life cycle, from initial handling to fulfillment. It’s linked to MRP (upstream) and Invoicing (downstream) modules.
- DELIVEY AND INVOICING
Supports the final steps of the production process, that is delivery notes issuing, invoicing, notes of credit, provisions to agents. A set of analytics completes the module.
