ESSEDI’s Machine Maintenance software is a professional, reliable, easy and affordable software package for the management of machinery maintenance operations.

Once the maintenance plan is defined for each piece of machinery, ESSEDI’s software will generate a schedule of operations and maintenance cycles that need to be performed on all machinery, and will also keep track of unscheduled maintenance. Email alerts are sent to specific people responsible for ordinary operations that are to be performed (daily/weekly/monthly), by machinery, unit and plant (customer).

Schedules as well as maintenance forms can be printed so that they can be given to the operator to fill out with information regarding eventual activities performed, in order to keep track of components that have been substituted, the originating supplier, and price.

By being able to manage maintenance times referring to a specific unit of measurement (time, pieces) you can calculate the cost based upon the relative unit of measurement of your choice.

With statistics on machinery inactivity and cost management, you can have a real-time understanding of productivity per single machine.

All data is stored in a historical archive and the system generates the next scheduled date.
