Wash is suited for shop floor control, with the flexibility of allowing any modification of routings and cycle of operations also during the processing itself. It is able to acquire actual working times, the progress of working steps, just by reading a bar code/RFId of the specific working step.
Furthermore, W@sh is able to:
- Link the customer specific price list to its order and required working step, just at the first order entry.
- Print working order(s) associated with customer’s order
- Supply all information to control the progress and status of customer’s order
- Plan the production of each working step, simulating the association of steps to plant machinery, as basins, so having a preview of working load
